ePassporte anyone here use and or had a drama

Does anyone about, use a biz or personal ePassporte account? And if so had any drama of late? Have been hearing word that stuff is not working with these accounts as it should, in the last couple of weeks.

Have heard many are giving it a miss as a payment option and going back to checks and or to reveive funds as payment, if one is being paid as an affiliate by ePassporte.

Many have had difficulties for weeks with little or no customer service support by phone or email to icq to a rep.

Can anyone else ad truth to these claims? Had a drama or is giving it a miss?
