Who uses exit consoles?

Who uses exit consoles out there?

and is using a body onUnload() the best and easiest way to implement it, or does someone have a different way of implementing it?

No i havent used them in a while.

Check out CuriousToyBoy (http://www.adultwebmasters.net.au/forums/member.php?u=9) profile sig, i think he has a program called LionDollars, that has some good exit consoles.

The script I've got is nothing special, nothing you can't find with a quick google search, seems to work anyway, except for the pop-up blockers :)

If you like playing with javascript or dhtml i have a few snippets of code i have found in ones travels over the years, could send to you. Bits and pieces you might be able to get to work yourself if your ok with javascript or want a dhtml popup of sorts, good for a announcement and such. But not to piss off your surfers.

Have sorted out something that the client is happy with, pretty basic straight forward stuff really.
