I heard the alleged gunman of Melbourne's triple shooting, Christopher Hudson, has also been charged with firing shots at police in Campbellfield and Kensington. What was this bloke thinking?

Melbourne can be a wild place. But really is it that wild? Whats it like to go out clubin, or to the pub in Vic. I know it was bad one time up here, fuckwits wanting to blue at cab ranks and such after a night out on the piss. But of today up here it is not to bad.

Only time you hear of guns or gun shots up here is when bush walkers stumble onto a crop. And the sitters let off a few, lol. But never someone getting shot leaving a club.

I live 2hrs south of Melb down here on the coast of Geelong & havn't been out on the night in Melb for at least 12months or more. But nah shootings are rare as mate.

Usualy there are the the drunken fights, bouncers knocking some bloke out, random muggings/etc but that's very mionority stuff same as any other place.

hahaha, what you just described sounds like a normal weekday here in Bankstown, Sydney. And you don't wanna even know what goes on here on the weekends. I hate to say it but out here it's like the fucking wild west!

hehe, maybe I'm a little biased seeing as I live here, in the centre of town - in a high rise over looking the shopping centre, park, pubs, etc. But fluck, EVERY SINGLE night here there's action. I'm actually use to it [probably immune to it] but it always makes me laugh when people from out of town drop by and freak out at the shenanigans. People look at me like I live in Baghdad, and those most probably right! LOL

For example, Monday afternoon I'm on my PC when I hear some commotion in the park across the road - there I watch about 20+ guys punch on, [a flat out brawl] for god knows what reason, [knives and all] for almost 20 minutes before anyone decided to call the cops (me hehe) - which by the way are literally around the corner.

How the hell no one got stabbed still mystifies me! Though I did see two guys wrap shit around their arms – getting cut I presume.

Then Wednesday night, around 3am I hear this all might screech look out and see this car stop in the middle of the road below my building, the driver get out and attempt to punch on with another driver.

He ended up pulling out a club-lock and beating the shit out this car before we then watched in amusement as the two cars pretty much spent the next hour chasing after each other around the area and calling more cars and friends to join in.

hehe, I suspect the shit finally when down beside the railway station (on the other side of my building) cause we heard a shit load of cop cars [and an ambulance] head that way.

Oh, then there was that time last week where I practically stopped a rape! When some huge Islander guy who was smashed... off... his... nut... decided to corner some sexy little hottie he had apparently just met in the pub --- haha, you wanna talk about irony, he cornered her against the side of the courthouse - and he wouldn't let her leave for almost 10 minutes!

She screamed like three times and we watched the whole thing from the 10th floor. He kept trying to talk to her and every once in a while would try to do something like touch her - which she would scream - and by the third time he didn't even care. That's when we yelled at him and he casually just walked off into the park...

Man if you only knew the shit that goes on in there! All sorts of shit!! Gav's seen some of the stuff I've captured over the years and it's pretty fucking crazy. I catch people fucking, fighting, scoring/taking drugs, having affairs, etc. You name it!! hehe.

Like I said, and you don't wanna even KNOW what goes on here on the weekends...

Yeah we are the same i guess nekron, all bar the random muggings. That bloke was really not having a good day to use his gun so many times.

Unbelievable, TGP, mate i am very glad i live up north, in the middle of no where. If shit like that go's on everyday.

hehe, exactly - sometimes I think that - all I need is a few drinks and to sit out on the balcony and watch all the action. I got all the love stories, action flix, and Hollywood thrillers right below me. lol.

I guess you could argue that at least it's never boring. A few years back I moved up to Surfers for a few months and as much as I absolutely LOVE IT, I almost slashed my wrists from boredom - I mean compared to this shit.

Still, there are [a lot of] times where I wish I was back up there. That's total paradise on earth compared to here.

As we have been talking about stuff out of control in Oz, a Soccer club in Melbourne's west is in the news up here (north QLD) for a brawl with knives and machetes. A soccer club in Melbourne's west where a teenager was stabbed in a brawl, police say up to 40 gatecrashers armed with knives and machetes forced their way into the the St Albans Saints Soccer Club last night and fought with people at a birthday party.
Guess just another night out in Oz. :whogivesa:
